Position Overview:
The Ground Ramp Manageris responsible foroverseeing all ramp operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, andtimelyhandling ofaircrafton the ground. This role involves managing ramp teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.

JobResponsibilities:
Manage and supervise ramp operations, includingaircraftarrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properlymaintainedand utilized.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.

Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able tolift upto 70 pounds in confined spaces.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in aviation, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
Experience: 5 years of experience in ground handling or aviation operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ramp operations, aviation safety protocols, and ground support equipment.
