This part-time Ramp Agent role is an on-site position located in SeaTac, WA. The Ramp Agent will be responsible for safely loading and unloading cargo, handling and operating heavy equipment, and ensuring on-time aircraft turnaround. Additional duties include maintaining safety protocols, collaborating with the team, and providing excellent customer service to support operational efficiency.
- Knowledge and experience in aircraft handling and unloading procedures
- Basic computer literacy to facilitate reporting and communication
- Experience in operating heavy equipment such as tugs, forklifts, or baggage carts
- Strong customer service skills to work effectively with airport personnel and clients
- Willingness and ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks
- Prior experience in airport or ground handling is an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
