Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Structure: Commission-based
- Commission Range: $155–$220 per sale, depending on the product sold
- Incentives: Weekly performance bonuses and promotional contests
- Pay Frequency:
- Weekly (via Zelle) during the first 4 weeks to incentivize new hires
- Biweekly standard payroll thereafter
- Payment Schedule: Reps are paid each Monday for the previous week’s sales
- Earning Potential: $1,000–$2,000 per week (top performers)
- Engage with residential customers door-to-door to promote and sell fiber internet services
- Explain product features, pricing, and installation process
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and completed sales
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Competitive commission rates with weekly incentives
- Fast payment turnaround
- Opportunities for advancement into team lead or management roles

- Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Previous D2D, telecom, or sales experience a plus (but not required)
