We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and self-motivated Quality Manager looking to make a difference.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing PUNs (Prioritization of Urgency of Need) management and supporting quality assurance and improvement efforts, including AE (Administrative Entity) and ODP provider assessments and self-assessments. The role manages provider qualifications, re-qualifications, and risk screening processes, and supports hearing and appeals activities It also involves analyzing QM/RM (Quality Management/Risk Management) incident trends to inform system improvements. The position serves as a liaison for AE/ODP committees, participates in meetings and initiatives, and provides consultation to support essential program functions and continuous quality improvement.
- Casual – up to 30 hours/week

- Travel required - travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate
- Hourly rate ranges from $33 - $40/hour
Responsibilities:
- PUNs Management - Manage and oversee PUNs process to ensure accuracy and compliance
- AE Quality Assessment and Improvement Process, including AE Self-Assessment - Lead and support the AE Quality Assessment and Improvement process, including completion of the AE self-assessment
- ODP Provider Quality Assessment and Improvement Process – Coordinate and monitor the ODP Provider Quality Assessment and Improvement process
- ODP New Provider Qualifications – Oversee new provider qualification reviews to ensure all ODP requirements are met
- ODP Provider Re-Qualifications – Manage the provider re-qualification process, ensuring ongoing compliance with standards
- ODP Provider Risk Screening Process – Conduct and review provider risk screenings in alignment with ODP guidelines
- ODP Hearing and Appeals – Handle ODP hearings and appeals, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up
- ODP QM/RM Incident Management Trend Analysis – Analyze and track incident management trends related to QM and RM, identifying areas for improvement
- AE/ODP contact for committees and meeting participation including ID Committee for CCAC as well as various committees as needed
- Consultation and meeting participation in various ODP initiatives and also as related to essential job functions
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the mission of the agency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- 5 years of administrative experience with oversight and responsibilities of the ODP/AE Operating Agreement
- Computer competency with the ability to learn agency and DPW software
- Ability to travel regionally
- Knowledge of community resources
- Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
