Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our non-profit organization to help advocate for the expansion of broadband access and digital literacy across Navajo communities. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Develop strategies to advocate for broadband policies on Navajo, regionally, statewide and nationally
- Build and manage strong relationships within the Navajo Nation leadership
- Manage sponsored events
- Lead Board leadership teams by providing clear guidance, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee all organizational operations, including program delivery, financial management, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate relationships with partners, donors, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand business development opportunities and enhance organizational visibility.
- Lead negotiations with key partners and stakeholders to secure funding, partnerships, and other resources necessary for organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or senior leadership roles within a nonprofit or related sector.
- Strong skills and knowledge of broadband and technology industries with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, business development, and building strategic alliances.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Understanding of operations management principles and process improvement techniques.
- Relevant educational background; advanced degrees or certifications in management or related fields are preferred but not required.

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
