Location: Celebration, FL (Onsite)

Alliance Nationwide Exposition is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations for multiple affiliated companies. This onsite role in our Celebration, FL headquarters helps maintain accurate financial records across all entities and supports the daily functions of our accounting team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and monthend close activities.
• Maintain accurate financial data across multiple companies and assist with intercompany transactions.
• Work in both Sage and QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate and consistent financial records.
• Manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and account reconciliations.
• Support the CFO/COO with reporting, KPIs, and financial documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• 35 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; multientity support preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage.
• Strong understanding of general ledger activity and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detailoriented, professional, and dependable.
