Location: Sumner, WA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (DOE)

Customer Service Representative II

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage RMAs, backorders, and order tracking
- Partner closely with outside sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Review and verify order details before submission to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and manage open orders, updating ship dates and communicating changes
- Provide product guidance and support across residential door and millwork offerings
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with peers
- 5 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- 3 years in millwork, building materials, or a related industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM systems and order processing tools
- Ability to problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Regular computer and office equipment use
- Occasional movement within the office
