Alert and observant, you are the eyes and ears of Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. You maintain access control to a secure facility. Thanks to the excellent and comprehensive training that we have provided, you remain calm and handle any issues confidently and professionally while applying your conflict resolution skills.You communicate respectfully and effectively with anyone you come in contact with clients, employees, residents, trespassers, emergency response personnel, or law enforcement. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second shifts, third shifts, weekends, and holidays. 2nd shifts can range from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. 3rd shifts are overnight and can range from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, and 12:00 am - 8:00 am.
