Your Role & Purpose
At Alliance Counseling, our therapists play a vital role in helping Kentuckians of all ages find healing, resilience, and hope. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment that values integrity, inclusion, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and/or groups
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and life adjustments
- Deliver care in outpatient settings, via telehealth, or in community-based settings (including homes or assisted living facilities, where applicable)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams to provide coordinated, holistic support
- Maintain accurate documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in ongoing training and apply evidence-based practices
Where You’ll Work
- Positions available in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Edmonton, and Tompkinsville, Kentucky
- In-office, telehealth, and community-based opportunities available
- Flexible schedules and full-time availability
✅ What You’ll Need
- Active Kentucky licensure: LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, MFT, LPA, or LPP
- Passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in both field and clinic settings
- Experience with specific populations (children, families, adults, or older adults) is a plus
