Lead Equipment Operator -Civil Construction

At Alliance, We Perform a Wide Range Of Earthwork, From Mass Excavation, Digging Footings, Demolitions, To Installing Underground Utilities. As a Lead Operator, You Will

• Manage the job site
• Read blueprints
• Strip work sites, dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil.
• Focus on production and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience in operating equipment
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• CDL is helpful but not required.
• Practical written and verbal communication skills
