Job Description:
An Operating Job Site Foreman for a pipe crew of 5-10 employees installing storm, sewer and water. Coordinating activities assigned; supervising assigned staff; implementing and maintaining services within established guidelines and standards; and performing a variety duty as needed.

Job Duties:
- Supervises, schedules, and coordinates crews.
- Identifying potential change orders.
- Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings.
- Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards and company rules.
- Bring the job in/on time and under budget.
- Performs a wide variety of skilled (and sometimes complex) activities for the purpose of ensuring that issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
- Operate equipment such as Excavator, Dozer, loader, skid loader.
