Human Resources Supervisor
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the organization's human resources functions to ensure efficient operations and positive employee experience. This role manages key HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, compliance, training, and personnel record management. The HR Supervisor serves as a resource to employees and management while ensuring adherence to company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.

They possess a thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance and support on company policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
· Coordinate and supervise recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding processes.
· Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of all required employment documentation.
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
· Process employee status changes, personnel actions, and data updates within HR information systems.
· Partner with managers and supervisors to address staffing needs, employee concerns, and workforce planning initiatives.
· Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating concerns, resolving workplace issues, and supporting corrective action processes when appropriate.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including policies, announcements, employee notices, and other correspondence.
· Coordinate and support employee training, development programs, safety meetings, and compliance-related training initiatives.
· Monitor and respond to HR service requests through the service desk ticketing system (SDP) in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Maintain relationships with benefit providers, recruiters, and other HR-related vendors as needed.
· Supervise Time & Attendance, Support payroll, benefits coordination, leave management, and performance management processes as assigned.
· Generate HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations to management regarding HR initiatives and employee trends.
· Maintain HR office supplies, records, and departmental resources.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Abilities and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (associate’s degree or HR Certification preferred)
- The ability to pass a pre‑employment background screening.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Products – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time.
Physical Demands
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working.
- Occasional walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- May require repetitive movement of fingers and pressure on wrists and hands during use of office equipment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Sometimes work may be conducted in a noisy environment.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
