Alliance Center for Education is hiring a NC Pre‑K Teacher to support classroom instruction and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool‑age children.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement NC Pre‑K–approved curriculum with fidelity
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction for children ages 4–5
- Support social‑emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development
- Maintain required NC Pre‑K and DCDEE documentation
- Collaborate with assistants, specialists, and families
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment
Qualifications
- NC Pre‑K Lead Teacher credentials (B‑K License or BA/BS in ECE or related field with NC Pre‑K eligibility)
- At least 2 years of experience working with preschool‑age children
- Experience with TSG and lesson planning
- Knowledge of NC Early Learning Standards
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
