Job Description
The Associate Account Executive position is an excellent opportunity to learn the product lines and sales process from seasoned sales professionals. AAEs support a region by aiding in the expansion of sales and converting competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction. You will be trained to understand & train proper use of products to surgeons and handle customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training methodology. Successful candidates will execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive and leads the customer to action.
