Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Duties:
- Conduct security duties as per post orders, including orientation and emergency response
- Patrol premises to prevent theft, fire, and vandalism; monitor visitor conduct and report hazards
- Comply with licensing, uniform, and company policies; follow directions from supervisors
- Document activities and maintain security of information; report unauthorized access
- Enforce access control policies consistently
- Report emergencies and incidents; document details and communicate with supervisors
- Report abandoned posts and hold posts as needed
- Remain alert for suspicious activities and enforce policies verbally
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college in criminal justice preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service
- Reliable transportation and communication means required
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position requires a commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and effective communication.
Days: Saturday & Sunday
Times: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $22.00
