Job Skills / Requirements

Alliance Building Services is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant. The role involves managing assigned requisitions, sourcing qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and evaluating applicants.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Review and screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule in-person and virtual interviews
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Regularly track and analyze the pipeline
• Recommend new sourcing methods to attract candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

Minimum Requirements:

•  Proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role
•  Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
•  Verbal and written communication skills
•  Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• Experience with social media recruiting
• Understanding of referral programs
• Prior experience with various interview formats 

Hourly Rate: $23.50- 25.00

Schedule: M- F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
