Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a residential Building Concierge to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling requests
- Managing the front desk, lobby, and mailroom areas, ensuring they are clean and organized
- Coordinating deliveries, packages, and mail for residents
- Monitoring and reporting any security or maintenance issues in the building
- Maintaining records of visitors, contractors, and service providers
- Providing information and referrals to residents and guests as needed
- Cleaning the common areas, amenities, and elevators as part of the position
- Supporting the property manager and the maintenance staff with administrative tasks
Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude and appearance
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
