Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, journal entries, and financial software. If you have a passion for numbers and financial concepts, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Payroll
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Perform clerical tasks related to accounting functions
- Conduct 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
- Tax preperation is a PLUS
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting practices
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and processes
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for data entry accuracy
