As a senior member of the team, you will operate with a high level of independence, solving technical problems and mentoring junior staff to ensure efficiency and compliance across the department.

Essential Functions

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience banking or related field. 

· 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan operations and administrative support.

· Advanced knowledge of commercial loan processing and documentation, with a deep understanding of complex loan structures. 

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

· Sharp attention to detail with a comprehensive grasp of loan servicing rules, regulations, and bank policies.
