Role Summary
Alliance Bank Central Texas is seeking a full-time, onsite Wire Desk professional in Waco, Texas to support accurate, timely funds movement and related operations. You will process incoming and outgoing wire transfers (including international), manage internet/email inquiries, and provide backup support within a customer service team.Key responsibilities include reviewing remote check deposit transactions (CCX), answering and routing incoming calls, completing daily and month-end GL/DDA reconciliations, preparing reconciliation reports for the Controller, and maintaining organized filing/scanning.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Previous banking experience (required)
- Prior wire desk and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of BSA/OFAC policies and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven; able to work independently and under pressure
