YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A COMMERCIAL LENDING ASSISTANT

As a Full-Time Commercial Lending Assistant at Alliance Bank Central Texas in Temple, Texas, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and guests. You will greet clients with enthusiasm while assisting them with a range of banking activities, from consumer and business loan applications to mortgage loans. Your experience in coordinating closings with title companies and borrowers will ensure smooth transactions.

You'll also compile and deliver comprehensive loan packages and review daily accounts for any insufficient funds, ensuring customer satisfaction. Beyond just processing transactions, you'll assist Loan Officers with loan servicing and collections, manage customer files for maturing loans, and clear collateral and credit exceptions promptly.
