- Perform thorough quality checks that include analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to operators by offering training and sharing best practices
- Perform intricate fabrication tasks, including multi-position welding and working with detailed designs
- Identify and implement improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet all specifications
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications
- Share best practices to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all fabrication tasks
- Continuously seek ways to optimize workflow and productivity

- Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred

- This position may require constant standing and frequent walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, and twisting.
- Working in fabrication requires constant cervical flexion, the chin to chest movement Maximum lifting weight can reach about 50lbs, maximum carrying weight is about 30lbs, and the maximum pushing and pulling weights can reach 100-150lbs.
- Frequent forward and lateral reach may be required, as well as frequent grasping, handling, and pinching. Working in this position requires a strong ability to work alone and self-supervise, as well as the ability to supervise others
