Cashier / Data Entry Associate

Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all incoming customer traffic (phone calls, website inquiries, and walk-in customers)
- Process, record, reconcile, and track all WO/DT receivables (cash, check, and credit card payments)
- Use internal platforms (training provided) to enter data and track delivery status and updates
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and refunds
- Maintain organized electronic and/or hard copy records
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees and department heads
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
