In the afternoon, you’re mentoring a technician through a tricky install detail, reconciling budgets and timelines, and clearing obstacles so every HVAC system goes in right the first time—on scope, on time, and to the highest quality.

• Full lifecycle oversight of HVAC installation projects—from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep schedules on track.
• On-site assessments and development of installation plans tailored to customer needs.
• Enforcement of safety practices and adherence to applicable industry standards.
• Training, coaching, and supporting installation technicians to elevate performance.
• Active management of project budgets and timelines, with course corrections as needed.
• Hands-on resolution of issues and roadblocks that arise during installations.
• Accurate documentation of installations and professional customer communication records.

• Demonstrated background in HVAC installation and team management.
