Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients by conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This is a telehealth position, and no in-person patient visits are required.
Location
This is a combination of remote work and on-site work. Most of the work will be out of the Tifton office. Candidate needs to be located in the Tifton area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (NP)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Strong clinical experience and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
