HVAC TECH DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS

As an HVAC Tech Dispatcher-Home Services CSR for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, and provide customer service.
