Allgeier Air, Louisville, KY's premier HVAC provider, is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time HVAC Installation Manager to oversee our installation team and ensure the successful completion of residential heating and cooling projects. WHAT THIS HEATING AND COOLING ROLE ENTAILS
This full-time heating and cooling position offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, based in Louisville, KY. Enjoy long weekends while contributing to an organization that values work-life balance.
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the installation team, including mid-level and entry-level technicians.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Collaborate with the Installation Coordinator to order parts, equipment, and resources.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to apprentices and new technicians.
- Maintain exceptional communication with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER
- State HVAC drainer's license
- 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Experience working on a team
