Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse order picking experience using a walkie rider is required. Current certifications preferred.
- Ability to lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with productivity metrics. Shift begins at 7/8AM. Must be able to stay until the job is done (typically around 5:30 PM)
- Must exhibit excellent attendance.
- Basic ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
- Team Player: Good attitude and communication with supervisors and teammates. Ability to support any/all tasks required.
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with variable temperatures depending on the season.
- Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.
- Daily use of material-handling equipment: Must be able to operate a Walkie Rider EPJ
