Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse order picking experience.

Ability to lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with productivity metrics. Shift begins at 8AM. Must be able to stay until the job is done. (Most days we finish by 5:30 PM, giving you a dependable schedule and time for your evenings.)
  
Basic ability to read, write, and perform simple math.

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.

• Team Player: Good attitude and communication with supervisors and teammates. Ability to support any/all tasks required.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with variable temperatures depending on the season.

Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.

• Daily use of material-handling equipment: Propane/Electric forklift, walkie rider, reach truck. Previous certifications are highly preferred.
