What You'll Be Doing
As a Cashier / Food Prep Helper at ALLEY KAT, you'll wear many hats to ensure our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions with care.
- Assisting in food preparation and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as cashiering or food prep. (Not required, but preferred.)
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with great communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work every Saturday, and an occasional shift during the week as needed for staff coverage.
