Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Facility Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Facility Scribe will be responsible for assisting providers in the delivery of excellent patient care through detailed scribing and facilitating a smooth process for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Allevio Care Anywhere with professionalism and friendly bedside manner.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations by taking detailed notes, confirming information with the patient, and assisting in the collection of consents and insurance information.
- Manage patient medical records and information with confidentiality and care.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
