- Translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps
EHR Transition & Practice Integration
- Own the data and IT components of onboarding newly acquired practices
- Oversee clinical data migration into Allevios preferred EHR (AdvancedMD)

- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Proficient in SQL and Python; familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools a plus
- Experience with modern data architecture principles and cloud-native environments
- Understanding of data security, governance, and HIPAA compliance in healthcare
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, NextGen, eCW) preferred
