Position Overview
Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Little Rock is seeking compassionate, hands-on, motivated healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or similar patient-care professionals who enjoy direct patient interaction and want to be part of a growing company, that is innovating mental health care.
As a Procedural Technician, you will facilitate the delivery of safe, competent, and high-quality patient care procedures. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, dependable professional with strong patient care experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative clinical environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide basic daily patient care
- Monitor patients while they self-administer medications
- Document appointment outcomes
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Assist with patient comfort and support
- Help coach and support staff as needed
- Set up and prepare procedure rooms
- Perform follow-up calls with patients
- Inventory and stock clinical supplies
- Perform TMS treatments after training
- Perform spectral EEGs after training
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in stressful situations requiring high concentration and energy levels
Qualifications
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Direct patient care experience (CNA is a plus!)
- Motivated to learn clinic policies, procedures, and EMR systems
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
- Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have well-managed personal logistics (reliable transportation, childcare, etc.)
Licenses / Certifications
- BLS certification (required)
Job Context
The primary location of work will be Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This role does include a travel requirement to nearby Central Arkansas clinics, including Bryant and Conway, as needed to support operational and patient care needs. Travel will be compensated, and the candidate must be willing and able to travel when required.
Individual shift schedules are TBD. Responsibilities are primarily focused on providing outstanding, high-quality care and service to clients.
