Alleviant is a rapidly growing, multi-state mental healthcare company, and we're looking for an ambitious marketer who wants to build, not maintain.

You won't inherit a polished marketing department with every process already built.

You'll help build it.

That means creating systems, scaling content, building campaigns that drive measurable business growth, and shaping how people experience Alleviant for years to come.

What You’ll Own

You'll work directly alongside our Chief Marketing Officer to help build the next chapter of Alleviant.

Your work will directly influence how we attract patients, recruit exceptional talent, support our providers, and grow as an organization.

You’ll help:

  • Build integrated marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition, provider recruitment, and business growth. 
  • Create a best-in-class content engine across various channels, including social media, podcasts, email marketing, and more.
  • Elevate our Founder and CEO into a nationally recognized thought leader. 
  • Play a key role in the strategy, content development, and launch of Alleviant’s new website
  • Manage campaigns, vendors, agencies, and creative partners 
  • Maximize tools like HubSpot and AI to build smarter, faster, and more effective marketing
  • Identify blue ocean opportunities that competitors overlook
  • Build the systems, processes, and marketing infrastructure that will support Alleviant’s continued growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Five or more years of progressive marketing experience. 
  • Experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. 
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, freelancers, and/or contractors. 
  • Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, branding, websites, content, writing, video, or other work you’re proud of. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Preferred:

    • Experience at a marketing agency or within a sophisticated in-house marketing department.
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
    • Experience with SEO, content strategy, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance reporting.
    • Experience producing or overseeing video-first content for social media and digital channels.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop preferred) or comparable creative tools such as Canva, with the ability to create or direct high-quality marketing materials.
    • Demonstrated ability to create polished presentations and marketing materials with exceptional attention to design, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
    • Healthcare, healthcare technology, or multi-location business marketing experience a plus
