Maintenance Assistant/Housekeeper - Allerton House Hingham 500 sign - on

Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

* assisting Maintenance Director with follow up on daily work orders from residents and staff for minor repairs.

* Maintain cleanliness of the environment, including:

* resident apartments once a week, and as needed

* common assisted living and memory care areas where residents socialize

* tasks include but are not limited to:

* sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming,

shampooing, deodorizing carpet

* washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning walls

* removing dirt, dust, etc. from surfaces using proper cleaning and

disinfecting solutions

* following proper techniques when mixing and storing chemicals, disinfectants,

and solutions used for cleaning

* must be aware of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as relates to job duties and

follows all necessary precautions

* maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents and guests, following

established safety standards.
