JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Service Technician supporting cutting-edge decontamination and electromechanical systems across regional and national client sites. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working directly with customers to keep critical equipment running safely and efficiently.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Field Service (Primary Focus)
- Perform decontamination projects and equipment servicing
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electromechanical systems
- Provide on-site customer training
Customer Support
- Respond to service calls (including emergency support)
- Provide phone/email technical assistance
Planning & Coordination
- Schedule preventative maintenance visits
- Coordinate parts, materials, and logistics
Equipment & Operations
- Maintain service equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Experience with electromechanical systems (pumps, motors, blowers)
- Ability to diagnose electrical systems and PLC controls
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (~50%)
Preferred:
- HVAC experience
- Field service or manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with decontamination systems (or similar industry)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally with assistance), climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and extended periods of standing, walking, and travel. Must be able to be fit tested and use safety equipment to include full-face respirator or PAPR.
