Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging campus ministry programs that promote spiritual growth, service, and community involvement among students
- Lead prayer services, retreats, liturgies, and religious celebrations to foster a vibrant faith environment
- Coordinate volunteer efforts for student service projects
- Provide mentorship and pastoral support to students navigating personal or spiritual challenges
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate faith-based activities into the broader school curriculum and extracurricular offerings
- Manage communication efforts to promote campus ministry events through social media and school announcements
Requirements
- Previous experience in youth ministry, religious organization childcare, or teaching religious studies preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor young people effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, staff, and community partners
- Knowledge of pastoral theology, Christian counseling, and religious teachings necessary for guiding youth in their faith journeys
- Experience working with adolescents in educational or pastoral settings is highly desirable
- Ability to plan and execute events such as retreats, prayer services, and community outreach activities
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church
Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
