Staff Nurse – RN / LPN

Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available
Setting: Inpatient Addiction Treatment
Position Overview
Allendale Treatment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. We have immediate openings on both day and night shifts.
Our nurses play an essential role in providing safe, compassionate care to adults receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This is an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative medical and clinical team while making a meaningful impact on patients and their recovery.
Sign-On Bonus
- RNs: $5,000 sign-on bonus
- LPNs: $3,000 sign-on bonus
- 50% of the applicable bonus is payable after 90 days of employment
- The remaining 50% is payable after 180 days of employment
- Sign-on bonus is subject to applicable eligibility requirements and company policy
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient addiction treatment setting.
- Assess and monitor patient health and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and utilize appropriate protocols, including CIWA and COWS when applicable.
- Support patient safety, including suicide prevention and behavioral health interventions.
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to physicians and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatment, health, and recovery.
- Participate in treatment planning, nursing assessments, and ongoing patient care.
- Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current, valid Indiana RN license.
- Nursing experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, detox, or a related setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current, valid Indiana LPN license.
- Nursing experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, detox, or a related setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
