Position Summary
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of the resort—welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, answering questions, and ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about resort amenities, dining options, events, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
- Maintain accuracy when processing payments and handling cash
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Flexible scheduling available
