What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Allen Turner Chevrolet, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an exceptional buying experience. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Learning and maintaining expert knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, features, packages, and technology
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Working closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Performing other duties as assigned

What Helps You Succeed

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy connecting with people, identifying customer needs, and creating solutions. Automotive experience is preferred, but proven success in another sales environment is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1 year of sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus, but not required)
• A proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
• Professional appearance and strong personal integrity
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
