Law firm currently seeking a full-time Litigation Secretary with at least 3-5 years previous litigation experience. Heavy workload and fast paced environment. The candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills and must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Duties include ordering records, transcribing dictation, preparing invoices from vendors for payment, communicating with clients and court personnel and other duties as needed. Excellent computer skills are a must with proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to quickly learn and master the software used to manage workflow and processes.
