Marketing and Promotions Director

Allen Samuels DCJRF of Waco is welcoming resumes and for our available position.

As our Marketing and Promotions Director, here's what we will expect you to do:

• Establish and maintain relationships with businesses and the community while maintaining a professional appearance and a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Be responsible for all aspects of event planning - including, but not limited to, preparation, execution and warp up, all within an appropriate time frame and budget.
• Maintain all LOCAL social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Attend and represent Allen Samuels DCJRF at all networking events for all Chambers when possible - including, but not limited to, Hewitt, Waco and the CenTex Hispanic Chambers.
• Be involved in all aspects of advertising proofs - including, but not limited to, composing disclaimers, submission for pre-approval, communicating with media outlets, submission for reimbursement and reimbursement follow-up.
• Field sponsorship requests for the General Manager.
• Compose articles for our monthly newsletter.
• Be responsible for preparation, set up and clean up of all employee events at the dealership.
• Be responsible for ordering name tags and business cards for all employees.
• Be responsible for stepping in as a receptionist if there is an employee shortage during scheduled breaks.
• Be responsible for assisting the General Manager with required tasks throughout the day.

Here's what we will require of you: * You must have basic office skills.

• You must have a current driver's license.
• You must be able to work flexible hours - including some evening and weekend events.
