Job Overview
Allen's Tree Service is seeking a hardworking and dependable Groundsman to join our growing team.
Starting Pay
$22.00 per hour or higher based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Tree industry experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Willingness to learn and follow our company procedures and processes
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting on a regular basis
License Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must possess at least a Chauffeur's License
- CDL is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation
Responsibilities
- Assisting with tree pruning and removals
- Operating chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and other equipment safely
- Dragging brush, handling logs, and maintaining a clean work area
- Assisting climbers and equipment operators as needed
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
