How You’ll Make an Impact
- Master the Logistics Lifecycle: Efficiently build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within our digital platforms
- Keep Freight Moving: Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time, critical updates to shippers and customers
- Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: Build strong relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity
- Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure seamless record-keeping with exceptional attention to detail by requesting and verifying insurance certificates, handling rate confirmations, and keeping carrier resources updated
- Streamline Operations & Finance: Support branch accounting by matching invoices, issuing Com-checks or Quick Pays, and leveraging digital tools to keep daily office workflows running smoothly
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Uphold our company principles (Customer, Company, Office) by delivering high-touch customer support at every turn
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You aren't afraid of modern technology—you actively embrace high-speed tech and digital tools to streamline your day
- Google Suite Proficiency: Strong, practical command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
