Role Description
This is a part-time with potential for full-time on-site role for a Law Clerk based in Gainesville, FL. The Law Clerk will assist attorneys with legal research, draft and prepare legal documents, and ensure that case-related materials are properly organized and accurate. Additional responsibilities include clear communication with the team, drafting of negotiation correspondence, reviewing medical records and compiling medical timelines, preparing mediation statements, and generally supporting the team's overall case preparation and legal strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- Minimum 2-year commitment
- Available during holidays, summer, and spring break
- Able to work fully in office in person- lives in Gainesville
- Proficient with writing, analysis, and research
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Comfortable with technical writing tasks
- Comfortable with using various forms of AI
- Comfortable with reviewing medical records
- Team oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
