CDL-Chick Delivery Driver

Summary

This position is responsible for driving drive the truck to and from the hatcheries to pick up and deliver chicks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports Allen Harim’s vision, mission and values


• Deliver chicks from the hatcheries to designated farm facilities.


• Responsible for inspection of equipment before loading.


• Complete the required paper work accurately and in a timely manner


• Follow biosecurity rules and BSE rules


• Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor


• Complete written delivery reports


• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• High school degree or equivalent

• A valid medical card


• Minimum of two (2) years driving experience required
  
  
  
  • Must meet all DOT requirements and comply with DOT rules and regulations
  
  

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

• CDL Class A license
