What are the responsibilities and job description for the All Shift Utility Worker position at Allen Harim Foods, LLC?
SUMMARY: Will support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization. Requires an individual who has excellent communication skills, Knowledgeable in manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to,
- Supports Allen Harim’s vision, mission and values
- Load and unload trucks
- Inspect incoming material to verify the condition and quality of the product received matches what is stated on the receiving documents
- Organize and prepare stock identification tags for all ingredients
- Insure racks, bins, and storage areas do not overflow
- Complete appropriate paperwork and reports
- Rotate stock
- Perform routine housekeeping in all areas of the mill
- Dispose of scrap and waste in the proper receptacles
- Keep floors free from spills and debris
- Return tools to their proper storage place when finished with the tools
- Keep tools in proper working condition or report when tools need repair or replacement
- Keep aisles and walkways clean and open
- Comply with all company policies
- Comply with all local, state, and Federal laws and regulations
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must read and comprehend English
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to work in cold, hot an dusty environments
