Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with some work from home being acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential homebuyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our homes, guiding them through the buying process, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additional daily tasks include scheduling appointments, conducting market research, and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market and Home Construction
- Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales Strategy Development
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the home building industry is advantageous
