What will you be doing?
- Maintain purchase orders: Manage creation, sizing, and ongoing maintenance/changes of purchase orders
- Purchase validation: Validate purchase reqs created from the forecast upload process
- Collaborate internally: Communicate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations on necessary purchase order changes to include air freight, split lines, date changes, etc.
- Support buying process: Execute all details of the buying process to fulfil demand
- Problem solve: Troubleshoot order fill issues to maximize inventory consumption

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong partnering, problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ERP supply chain management applications (e.g., SAP) preferred
