Join a Dental Practice Where People Come First
Are you looking for more than just a job? Do you enjoy building relationships, serving others, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together?
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Business Team Member to join our exceptional dental practice. We believe that outstanding patient care begins long before anyone sits in the dental chair. Our business team plays a vital role in creating an experience where every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Who We Are
For decades, our practice has been built on a simple philosophy: treat people like family.
We are proud to care for generations of families—grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren. Many of our patients have been with us for years and continue to refer their friends, neighbors, and loved ones because they trust the care they receive.
Our team is committed to:
- Providing exceptional dental care
- Putting patients first in every interaction
- Building lasting relationships
- Maintaining a culture of trust, integrity, kindness, and quality
- Supporting one another as a unified team
We truly enjoy coming to work each day, and we're looking for someone who shares that same enthusiasm for serving others.
What You'll Do
As a member of our business team, you will help create an exceptional patient experience by:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care
- Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
- Managing insurance and financial arrangements
- Supporting efficient day-to-day office operations
- Working closely with our clinical team to provide seamless patient care
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves working with people and creating meaningful relationships
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-first environment
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Is eager to learn and grow
- Dental office experience is appreciated but not required—we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- A positive, uplifting workplace where people genuinely care about one another
- A supportive team that works together and celebrates each other's successes
- The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients every day
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Benefits package (details discussed during the interview)
- A practice that values excellence, relationships, and long-term growth
If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in a team environment, and want to be part of a practice where relationships matter, we'd love to meet you.
Please submit your resume and a brief introduction telling us why you'd be a great fit for our team.
