What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educational Aides position at Allen County ESC?
The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for Educational Aide positions. The positions would include supporting our Multiple Disabilities, Cross Categorical, or Autism classrooms. The Board has identified the following qualifications as having particular importance for the position:
-Experience with students who demonstrate significant cognitive disabilities
-Experience working with students who demonstrate intensive behaviors
-Candidates must be credentialed in Crisis Prevention (CPI) or able to attend training offered by ESC
-Experience collaborating with educational staff members
-Demonstrate positive team player attitude
